BSCI
Youngtech received Grade A from BSCI audit in Nov, 2018. We commit to continually and closely monitoring the CAP’s outstanding points and will continue follow BSCI Code of Conduct in the supply chain.
FWF
Youngtech is a member of the internationally recognized Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). We are committed to improving our labour conditions according to FWF code of labour practices.
In this regard, we build up our facilities according to the international social compliance standard by investing in the safety of working environment, training and education, living environment such as garden, canteen and dormitory and leisure activities such as table tennis, cycling, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities.
There had been one audit conducted by FWF at Youngtech Dongguan in August, 2016. No critical issues were discovered. We believe in supporting FWF’s standard is the best way to establish safest, heathiest and happiest occupational environment for all our workers
